All orders are processed and leaves the warehouse within 24-48 hours.

If your order haven't shipped yet then you might be eligible for cancelling your order and you can do that by contacting our support team at support@generu.co.If you're order is shipped then you need to wait until delivery then you can reject your delivery or return the product.
If you have misspelled or filled your address incorrectly. Please Contact us immediately via Email support@generu.co, Please be prompt and contact us within 24 hours if this has happened.
Lost Package : Usually if your package is lost during shipping and never arrived please contact us immediately.We’ll verify the details with shipping service and resolve the query within 24hrs
Damaged Package : If your package arrives damaged please contact us immediately after the delivery with a picture of the delivered product.We’ll validate your query and we will either provide a refund or replacement after you return the product.
Although our usual delivery times range from 3-10 days sometimes the package might get delayed.In case if you haven’t received it within 10 days please allow 3-4 days more for the delivery of the product because sometimes it might get lost or struck during the shipping.If you haven’t received it by then please Contact us via Email support@generu.co your query will be our top priority and we’ll resolve it within 24hrs.
If you have not received the item within the time period mentioned above, you have the right to request a new package be shipped out to you instantly. You also have the right to ask for a full refund. However, please note that before we issue a refund, we might ask you to contact the local post office and communicate with them.
In many cases, the post office marks the order as delivered (because they delivered it to a location you might not be aware of). There are also instances of the post office incorrectly marking an order as delivered.
No, Currently Generu only ships to the customers who are based in united states.But we are trying our best to enter into international market.
NOTE : We also do not ship to any of the Minor Outlying Islands in USA.

To return your product, please e-mail us for the address at support@generu.co
We will ONLY be handling the return shipping costs if the item arrived damaged or was damaged during transit and is now defective.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if your item isn't damaged.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@generu.co for the address.
We only accept returns on orders that doesn't exceed 30 days after the purchase. If 30 days is gone by unfortunately we can't offer returns.
